Pilates Matwork is a
codified series of exercises that develop strength and definition in the muscles
of the abdomen, back, and buttocks while improving flexibility, posture,
balance, and control.
Pilates
in Pairs is an hour-long lesson for you and a friend, incorporating both
Pilates matwork and Pilates equipment. Lessons
may be scheduled for your convenience during the day or evening.
Private Pilates
is
personal training in the Pilates Method utilizing Pilates equipment and matwork.
Fifty-minute lessons may be scheduled for your convenience during the
day or evening.

Studio 121 is proud to be the only facility in northwest Illinois
equipped with Pilates equipment produced by Gratz Industries:

Corrector
All
classes will be taught by Jill Johnson,
who holds a BFA in Dance from The Juilliard School, a MFA in Dance from
Dress comfortably in leotard, tights, yoga pants, t-shirts, or sweats, and bare feet or socks.
